Allows the user to toggle aggressive animal behavior on or off
Added a debugging option, so you can see the values prior to changes, and post changes, in the console. Might assist in figuring out why any particular creature isn't working as desired. Feel free to poke me on the RML discord server: @Sauravisus#0001

Fixed the seagulls attacking crops flag not being properly set (incidentally, leaving it unchecked would result in seagulls not attacking crops, so that's fun)
