PauseMod allows you to pause your thirst and hunger in a multiplayer game without stopping the rest of the world. Great if you have to change a diaper or grab a snack.
Usage
Simply press escape to bring up the pause menu and you will notice your hunger and thirst meters no longer drop until you return to the game. The game world still continues as before and other players can still continue to play.
