Show battery remaining power in percentage when looking at a battery.

You now see a percentage of remaining charge as you approach the battery. From 100% (fully charged) to 0% (drained).
With the latest version of Raft, there is a 3-light bar indicating the battery level that starts green fades through yellow, orange and finally red, so this mod is only if you want a more accurate value.
