Sets an interval to spawn a new shark every X seconds to make the game more challenging!

Sets an interval for spawning a shark every X seconds. Uses extra settings API to customize the interval. By default it is set to 60s. Only the host needs the mod!
This modlet will probably be reimplemented in a bigger mod containing more settings!
